We will provide a refund according to the following guidelines:

  1. A refund must be requested within 30 days of payment;
  2. If a product is completed (a course has been completed and certificate issued or if a credit report has been issued), no refund will be provided.

To request a refund for all or a part of your order, please email refund@myhorizontoday.com. In order to quickly process your request, please be sure to put “Refund Request” in the subject line. Include in your email: the order number, the product you would like to return, your name and contact number.
